Refund policy

At Anatomy, we strive to ensure the highest quality standards across all products.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products:
• Have not been used
• Are not damaged
• Are returned in their original condition and packaging
• Still have all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return, customers must contact our customer support team with their order details within the eligible return period.

Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
• Anatomy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and order verification process.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Contact after the 24 hour period for a faulty item cannot be refunded or returned.
